WAIT ON THE LORD

“But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint” (Is 40:31)

“Today many people say that they are waiting on God. Things are ‘not working’ for them. They say that they are ‘in the wilderness’. But the truth is that they are waiting on Mammon, calling it ‘God’.
Are you waiting on the Lord? Have you waited much? Never forget, the waiting is always directly proportional to what God is calling you to be and it also depends on the content of your character.
If waiting on God makes you discouraged, it means that you are not waiting on Jehovah God, for He has promised renewed strength each morning. But if you can testify that since you have been waiting on God, your strength of character has increased and that you are now spiritually fruitful and grateful, then rejoice. The answer to your prayer is close by. The waiting is almost over.
Until then, worship the Lord!”
