BETTER FUTURE

“No one who trusts in You will ever be disgraced, but disgrace comes to those who try to deceive others” (Ps 25:3)

You have prayed… God’s answer is different than what you have expected… You feel disappointed…Then this Word is for you:

Be encouraged! God will take another route but He will still meet your needs! He wants to give you something better than your expectations! He wants to increase your reward! Trust God! Your future is safe in God’s hands! Say this: “My future is better than my past! I look ahead and I rejoice!”

In Christ I declare:

I do not trust in any man! All my trust is in God! I shall not be disgraced! My enemies shall be disgraced and demoted for trying to deceive me! Faith 100% Doubt 0%!

In Jesus name

Amen!

MASQUERADING SHAM

“They’re a sorry bunch—pseudo-apostles, lying preachers, crooked workers—posing as Christ’s agents but sham to the core. And no wonder! Satan does it all the time, dressing up as a beautiful angel of light. So it shouldn’t surprise us when his servants masquerade as servants of God. But they’re not getting by with anything. They’ll pay for it in the end” (2 Cor 11: 13-15; TM)

Recently, the Holy Spirit exposed a web of deceit in our church. It was well covered. It was professionally designed to last forever. We were deceived. But not God. The Word of God is sharper than two edged sword. It penetrates and divides. God knows no limits. God is not a respecter of any person. Any structure of biter envy, selfish ambition, pride, hypocrisy or religious sham shall be exposed and none can cover it! I counsel you to pray until there is an answer! Let God have His way! Let God take the glory!
This is the truth as revealed in the scriptures. The devil sends his agents to the churches. He trains his workers to be successful deceivers. Some are easy to detect but some are very good at their evil trade. Their strategy is to infiltrate, pollute and weaken the believers with lies, false doctrines, rebellion and doubt. All successful liars are also skillful manipulators. A manipulator is a master deceiver. Thru lies or other evil means a manipulator tries to take control over his victim for his own advantage. The following is a general description of a deceiver, a manipulator or a religious liar. Meditate and pray about all this! It may save your life…

A manipulator is skillful. He is intelligent. He knows his trade and he knows the weakness of his victims. He speaks with confidence when he lies. He does not feel shame and his conscience do not bother him. That is his advantage. You may confuse this boldness with the true confidence of a mature believer. It is not the same at all. He knows that everybody needs some help or a word of kindness. So he comes as a friend or as a humble servant. He wants to visit you at home. He brings gifts. But he is a spy for the devil. He studies you to gain some knowledge about your weaknesses. He will come in the way you expect a friend to come. If you are a Christian, most of the time he will come thru the church. You will see him praying, quoting scriptures, singing in the choir or saying that he is available to listen to your pain. Slowly, he builds an emotional bridge, a soul tie of confidence so that you trust and accept him. Most women think that if a man or woman attends the church, does ministry, prays or cares to listen to their troubles, that one is a true believer. It is not true! There are many liars and false brethren who mingle among the true believers. The church is a mixed multitude. Like the wheat and the tares, they grow together for some time. But God knows them all and He shall separate them at harvest time. As the fire burns the tares, the wicked shall be punished at last.

In Christ I declare:
The Word of God is my final standard!
I submit to the Word of God!
I reject all lies and manipulations!
I separate from any agents of the devil!
In Jesus name
Amen!

OPEN THE DOOR!

“Look at Me. I stand at the door. I knock. If you hear Me call and open the door, I’ll come right in and sit down to supper with you. Conquerors will sit alongside Me at the head table, just as I, having conquered, took the place of honor at the side of my Father. That’s My gift to the conquerors!”
(Rev 3:20 21; TM)

“Dear friends…
This is a letter to you…it is my testimony…For 32 years Jesus was standing outside the door of my heart… Why my heart- I don’t know… How did He find my address – I don’t know … All I can say is this: He was so patient with me. Try to imagine this…Many years have passed and Jesus was still standing there. He could have gone away tempted by my doubts, insults or stubborn silences. The grass in front of my door became dry because of His feet…. Winter and summer, Jesus was there, waiting for me to open from inside… It made no sense… Cold, hot, windy or rainy…He was still there, waiting…

Jesus was knocking at the door of my heart. He was not sleeping there like a homeless beggar. Not at all! He had a message He wanted me to hear…Love was knocking and knocking…. There was a dent in my door because of His knock. In the past I begged Him to stop, to go away and leave me alone. If I was the one standing there, I could left, long ago, and… looked for a better friend…But not so with Jesus…My anger, my rudeness did not drive Him away…Sometimes I screamed and shouted at Him…I told Him that I am tired of His ‘wicked’ knocks….With time, little by little, my heart started failing me… some beats were missing…all because of His knocks…

I told myself so many times: Jesus is stalking me, hunting me, persecuting me…Does He have that right? But to whom can I go and complain? I heard that He pays all the judges on the earth…
Then I asked myself: what does a man do to drive Jesus away? How can I be free from His love…where can I hide…how long will this secret drama last? I had no answer…

Then Jesus started calling me…My name sounds so different in His mouth…He had ‘a foreign accent’ that annoyed me… Sometimes He whispers… occasionally I can feel His pain, His love, His longing…But still, something stops me and I cannot open the door…
What manner of Man is this” Why does He love me so…I already rejected His proposal and all…Why me?

I knew that the door cannot be open from the outside. The house was built in such a way that only I can open it for I alone have the key, inside… Sometimes I panic…I look thru the window and I see Him standing there, the same spot, behind the door…I have to admit, He looks so strong… He can really break my door…for a moment fear comes in…’what if Jesus breaks my heart…what if I die’… Again I have to admit that after all these years, He never used His feet to bang or shake the door…He is just there, standing, knocking, calling and waiting…

Often I was so angry… because Jesus blocks my door…I can’t even go outside … my old friends sent me messages to come and do wicked in the night, like we used to do…But who can drive away this Jesus? Nobody dares to push Him…and even after all these years, He still does not look in a hurry anyway…

Inside the house, all my candles have been burnt off…I now sit in the darkness…day and night is the same to me… No food, no water, no hope… all this resisting is not fun anymore…
Then one day, a tiny ray of light comes from outside, passing under my door… My darkness cannot arrest it… Trapped in my house by eternity itself, with peace outside the door…dying inside…I finally decided to surrender…what else can I do? Shaking from hunger and sweating with fear, I slowly turn the key, press the handle and open the door…

For a moment time stood still…I am too weak to be happy, too exhausted to shout for joy…I collapse at His feet… the last words on my dry lips… ‘It is finished…Welcome home…Lord…!”
I don’t know how long I was unconscious…Only my Savior knows…
Later I tried to open my eyes, but the light was too strong…slowly, I see that my small heart cottage became transformed into a palace…I see a chandelier with stars hanging from the sky…there is a great table set before me…I seat on a high chair with many soft pillows… I hear strings are playing somewhere…looking cool, the angels move effortlessly up and down on a staircase that touches the earth…One serves me wine…I look over my head and I see a banner of light… written on it was a poem that even a fool can translate: ”No greater love than this”… One of the busy angels comes closer. He says he is on an errand to my home town, that if I have a letter he can carry it there, for me…

I don’t know if this is a dream or not…I turn my head and see Jesus, next to me…The same Jesus…He entered the house that rejected Him…He is now settled in the same heart that despised Him… how can I describe that love…My God… I try to think, what can be the reason for this love… Is it that I pray much … Is it that I give money to the church…Why does He love me so…Suddenly I hear the angels singing a song called ‘Grace, Grace’… I fear I will have headache for I do not understand this grace… I see Jesus laughing at my surprise… He is happy now, no need to wait outside my door… with spices in His mouth and stars in His eyes He touches my hand, saying “Eat…We have won the victory…This is our freedom banquet, the champions’ festival and your coronation ceremony…”
I can’t stop thinking…If this is a dream…I don’t want to wake up…
Jesus reads my mind… ”It is not a dream…’- He laughs- You have tasted of My wine…This joy is real…I have decreed…Truth is stronger than shadows and our love shall be forever and ever!”

Dear friends on earth, if an angel has come to your window, if this letter has reached you, if you can read these words…then it is a miracle…this is what I want to say…Let me not forget…Just in case Jesus is standing outside your door, knocking and calling your name, please, please, do not be foolish like me and waste so much time. Quickly run and open it! Once Jesus comes in, your heaven has started! Trust me, this is the truth…I can never lie again…for I am free indeed…”

As for me, right now, I don’t have to power to remember anything else…I have no strength to think about affairs on earth…all I care, all I know and all I live for is this:
“I am my Beloved and He is mine…”

Yours eternally…”

(TODAY I AM 60! TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!)

GRATEFUL WOMEN

“Not long afterwards Jesus began a tour of the cities and villages of Galilee to announce the coming of the Kingdom of God, and took his twelve disciples with him. Some women went along, from whom he had cast out demons or whom he had healed; among them were Mary Magdalene (Jesus had cast out seven demons from her), Joanna, Chuza’s wife (Chuza was King Herod’s business manager and was in charge of his palace and domestic affairs), Susanna, and many others who were contributing from their private means to the support of Jesus and his disciples” (Lk 8:1-3; LB)

Jesus was hated and persecuted for many things. His enemies tried to ‘catch Him in His words’. They twisted things He said and doctrines He thought. They were jealous because of His supernatural wisdom and power to do miracles. They mocked Him and slandered His name. But please notice this: with all their evil skill of finding fault they could not accuse Jesus of improper behavior towards women. This is very interesting. Along with the male disciples women were a permanent part of the entourage of Jesus. At that time, the women were supposed to stay indoors, not to be seen. But Jesus allowed them to follow Him openly. If the enemies could find fault with His behavior towards the women, they could have attacked Him. But they could not!

These were grateful, humble, hardworking, gentle and generous women. But they were not always like that. These women were once troubled by demons. They used to live lives of utter despair. Their husbands (if they had one) or their families could not help them at all. No one needs a demon possess woman, not even as a house servant. She is less than an animal in the bush. These women had what medically can be descried an incurable form of madness. They were hopeless. They were rejected by all men, sleeping on the garbage fields, outside the city.

Try to imagine the day Mary Magdalene met with Jesus. All the seven demons fought madly in her chest to stop the heart from beating. They also tried to stop her breath. Satan, their captain, instructed them to kill their victim before she has a chance to be free. But they tried in vain. Face to face with the Prince of Peace, they could only cry out like wounded rats, abandoning their stronghold and flee away. Suddenly, Mary became normal; her mind and heart at peace with God and with herself. In an instant, the mark of madness on her face has gone away. For a long time her brain was used as an abode for crazy beings. After so many years of losing her mind to strange fearful imaginations, she can now think freely, like a human being created by God. She can think freely…what a blessing…

(Do you thank God that you can think freely?)

A woman like Mary has no other business in life than to follow her Savior and her Healer. For the remaining days of her life she will serve and worship Him. Along with the other women they followed and served Jesus and the other disciples. They served as mothers, sisters and friends. They did what they could do to make it easier for Jesus to preach the Gospel to other lost souls. No man could condemn and no man could separate them from Jesus. They became women of God doing ministry for the glory of God. Just imagine the wonderful women’ fellowship and prayer meeting they had every day…

As a woman, this is a very encouraging thought to me. For centuries, women have been ignored and persecuted in all cultures including Israel. To feel safe and appreciated is the best wish any woman can dream of. Jesus provided that, and so much more. Jesus gave them an identity, true hope and the privilege of doing ministry. Just think of their reward in heaven…

Any man who claims to love the Lord should do nothing less. Fathers should encourage their daughters to be women of God! Husband should love their wives as Jesus loved Mary, Joanna and Susanna! Pray for the women in your midst!

On behalf of all of the women, especially the believers, I say ‘thank you’ to the men! May God bless any man who loves his wife, sisters and daughters with the love of Jesus! I am indeed grateful! Heaven sends greetings!

In Christ I declare:

I am a woman of God!

I am woman of prayer and peace!

I am healed!

I am delivered!

Jesus loves me this I know for the Bible tells me so!

My husband loves me with the love of Jesus!

I feel safe and strong!

I shall fulfill my destiny!

I will serve and worship Jesus all the days of my life!

In Jesus name

Amen!

NO APPEAL!

“You shall take the case to the sanctuary of the Lord your God, to the priests and Levites, and the chief judge on duty at the time will make the decision. His decision is without appeal and is to be followed to the letter. The sentence he imposes is to be fully executed. If the defendant refuses to accept the decision of the priest or judge appointed by God for this purpose, the penalty is death. Such sinners must be purged from Israel. Then everyone will hear about what happened to the man who refused God’s verdict, and they will be afraid to defy a court’s judgment” (Deut 17:8-13; NLB)

As David went to fight Goliath, he surely remembered the story of Ichabod. He knew the truth. Even if the army of Israel loses against the Philistines, Jehovah can never lose against Dagon. That can never happen! His faith was in God alone. He was ready to die to honor God! He knew God’s promise: ‘if you honor God and you give Him all the glory, God shall honor you!’ Face to face with Goliath, David has a glimpse of his destiny, of his ministry. This life on earth is not about giants or about solving problems! This was his decision: He shall live his life in such a way that people will see him and give God all the glory! His own glory did not matter! Let God have it all! This was a destiny moment for David. This was his holy secret that made him ‘a man after God’s heart’. In life or in death, he shall serve the Living God! He shall fulfill ‘God’s purpose in his generation’ by giving Him all the glory! Others shall see him and do the same! That shall be his heritage! That shall be his memorial! That shall be his eternal reward!

“I will honor those who honor Me, but those who despise Me will be disgraced” (1Sam 2:30)
To honor God means to glorify God. To despise God means to dishonor Him by being proud in His presence. The result of such a stubborn attitude brings down God’s judgment on the unrepentant sinner. A man can also despise God by dishonoring His servant. It is like treating with contempt a judge in his own court. In the Old Testament, the punishment for open, willful disrespect against the high priest or the authority representing God was death.

This is what David believed: Goliath has insulted Jehovah! Goliath has insulted God’s servant! It does not matter that David is just seventeen years old…God is on his side! By faith, David stood as God’s ambassador, priest and judge! He announced the decree: because Goliath has despised the name of God in God’s own ‘court’, Goliath has to die! And the judge’s hammer fell with the sound of holy anger! The sling and the stone was just the picture of that hammer!

How long ago did you taste pure victory in spiritual warfare?
How long ago did you feel the mantle of God’s sovereign authority on your small shoulders?
Do you know that you are a king, a priest, a judge and an ambassador of Jesus?
Do you walk in that knowledge?
Do you walk in that anointing?
What is your testimony?
What is your heritage?
How will your loved ones remember you after you’ve gone?

In Christ I declare:
Dagon has fallen!
Babylon has fallen!
It can never rise again!
This is the decree of the Lord!
As for me and my household, we shall serve and honor the Lord!
I shall live all my life conscious of the presence of God!
It is my responsibility and my privilege to give God all the glory!
In Jesus name
Amen!

HAPPY PARENTS

“Then Jesus rebuked the demon in the boy and it left him, and from that moment the boy was well” (Mt 17:18)

These are some medical facts:

Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) is a childhood disorder described as an ongoing pattern of anger-guided disobedience, hostility, and defiant behavior toward authority figures. Children suffering from this disorder may appear very stubborn and often angry.

These are some signs that the child has ODD:

Actively refuses to comply with the house rules; stubborn; rude

Performs actions deliberately to annoy others; likes to provoke others

Easily annoyed, jealous, oversensitive and often loses temper

Argues often; quarrelsome

Blames others for his or her own mistakes

Persistent malice, grudge and desire for revenge

This is a good example how science, medicine in particular, is far away from the scriptures. The childhood sickness called ODD is in fact the activity of demons, making the child stubborn and difficult. Without treatment, the child becomes a very selfish and immature adult. The treatment the Doctors recommend is called Psychotherapy. They say that if you talk and explain to the child that his behavior is wrong, after sometime he will change. But what the child really needs is deliverance. The ‘treatment’ is fasting and prayer. The parents need to study the Word of God and to have faith in it. They need to submit to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

I have a great burden for the families that ignorantly suffer under the oppression of the devil. I pray that the parents are more sensitive to the demonic activity in their homes. Is your child sick? Is your child difficult to manage? Is your child provoking you? As a parent, do you lose your temper? Are you tired? This is my ‘prescription’: Go to Dr. Jesus! His Blood can cure any disease, physical or spiritual!

You don’t need money! Just faith!

Let’s pray:

“Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You on behalf of my readers who have problems in their homes. In particular, their children are hot tempered, stubborn, lazy and rude. They take pleasure in provoking their parents and teachers. I pray that You intervene in their situations. I command every evil spirit to come out and go away, in the name of Jesus! I destroy every occult spell upon these families, in the name of Jesus! I plead the Blood of Jesus upon their homes! I declare healing, deliverance and freedom in the name of Jesus! Father we promise to give You alone all the glory! In Jesus name I pray, Amen!”

In Christ I declare:

My child is healed!

I am a happy mother!

I am a happy father!

All glory to God!

In Jesus name

Amen!

MY HARVEST IS INSURED

“Lust is a shameful sin, a crime that should be punished. It is a devastating fire that destroys to hell and would root out all I have planted… It would completely ruin my life’s work…it would burn to the root all my increase… it would have uprooted my harvest” (Job 31:11, 12; NLT; ETR; ESV; NIV)

Lust is an extremely expensive ‘hobby’. Even if you are a millionaire, you end up a beggar. It is the door to mysterious poverty, no matter how hard you work!

Job was a righteous man. He was also the richest man in the world at that time. One of the secrets of his wealth was his desire to be free from sexual sins. We may not connect sex with money, but the Word of God can never lie. If Job was alive today, I would have liked to listen to his sermon; how he was able to apply the Word of God, remain faithful, humble and increase in wealth.

Job tells us that sexual lust has the capacity ‘to uproot my harvest’. In Hebrew, this word means ‘employment, income, increase, profit or fruits’. It is similar with the words ‘entrance’ or ‘spiritual warfare’.  This is a great lesson here. Sexual sins are a major source of poverty all over the world. Lust is like bad body odor. The man does not perceive it but others do. Nobody will like to hire ‘a stinking’ man. Spiritually, the man addicted to lust is marked for failure. He shall not be able to find a good job. Even if he has a job, and even if he works hard, he shall not able to enjoy the work of his hands. He shall be sacked just before promotion. There shall be no profit in business and no savings in the bank.  Lust is a fire that destroys any hope of a new beginning, genuine friendship, victory or promotion.

If you are an unbeliever, you may laugh at this. But if you are a believer, you shall accept this wisdom. According to the Bible, there is a simple formula: Sex within the marriage is blessed by God and brings favor and wealth. Lust and adultery brings poverty. The connection is spiritual, therefore invisible. But it is stronger than the ropes of a mighty ship. Many fools ignored it and wrecked their lives.

“Do not lust in your heart after her beauty or let her captivate you with her eyes; for the prostitute reduces you to a loaf of bread and the adulteress preys upon your very life” (PV 6:25, 26)

A man addicted to lust shall remain a miserable and hated man: a trouble- maker that nobody wants to help; lonely, poor and wretched all his days. Except he makes peace with God! The only hope is found in Christ alone. There is need for genuine repentance, confession and even restitution. Prayer and deliverance has to be done under the leading of the Holy Spirit and in the name of Jesus!

But for you who are a child of God, free from the bondage of any known sin, blessed are you! The pure in heart shall see God! This is the holy declaration of our Lord! You live in the Land of Promise, escorted to heaven by angels, satisfied with the Bread of life, drunk with the wine of His presence and spreading everywhere the fragrance of your Lord. This is destiny fulfilled! There is no gift greater than that! God shall supply all that you need, and even more, out of His overflow of His glorious riches found only in His Beloved Son!  Let’s give glory to the Lamb upon the Throne who died that we may live! He that offers abundant life sends you greetings from above!

In Christ I declare:

I am free from sin and shame!

God is my provider!

I shall not want!

My children shall never beg bread!

The work of my hands is blessed!

My harvest is insured by the Word of God!

I live to worship God!

In Jesus name

Amen!

FREE HEART

“If my heart has been enticed by a woman,

Or if I have lurked at my neighbor’s door,

Then let my wife grind for another,

And let others bow down over her.

For that would be wickedness;

Yes, it would be iniquity deserving of judgment” (Job 31:9-11)

Lust is the door for worse sins to enter. Lust is the door to ‘marriage fire’, bringing in troubles leading to divorce! Lust is ‘contagious’; its pollution spreads and multiplies!

The punishment of the adulterer is manifold. It affects his health, his marriage, his ministry and his finances. The demon of lust is like venereal   disease. It starts little but it is deadly. Outside the power found in Christ alone, it is incurable. No man addicted to lust can ever be healthy or normal. His mind and his body burns like ‘fire’. He is restless, lonely and tormented. He has no peace and no joy.

The wife of an adulterer suffers too. She will be ‘forced to join’ the husband, share in his sin and become an adulteress herself. She is in danger to be ‘raped’ by seducing spirits. Other men shall ‘bow down to her’. In other words, she will attract evil men who desire to have sex with her, if she likes it or not.  In Hebrew it means to bend the knee, to prostrate, to subdue, to cast down or to become depressed. This is even a known medical fact. The victims of betrayal, of adultery in particular, struggle with extreme feelings of rejection, inferiority complex, confusion, fear and chronic depression.

The only hope for the wife is found in Christ alone. She has to protect herself from this ‘second hand backlash’ of evil spirits coming thru the husband. She needs to be truly born again and filled with the Holy Spirit. She needs to study the Word of God and pray. She has to be a warrior and an intercessor. In this way, she will not be deceived. She will understand the spiritual background of the tragedy in her home. By the power of the Holy Spirit, she will be able to trust God for the complete deliverance of her husband. She will refuse to share in his sins but still remain faithful to him. She will learn to submit to her husband, not foolishly or cowardly, but only ‘as unto the Lord’ (Eph 5:22). This is a great spiritual achievement for a godly wife! I am a pastor to women and I see this struggle in their lives. Once her obedience to God’s Word is ‘complete’, God intervenes and punishes all disobedience in the erring husband (2Cor 10:6). Jesus has the power to bring all things under His sovereign control. The victory flag shall be raised on that marriage and the home declared fit for the holy habitation of the Prince of Peace.

Yes, the battle is fierce but there is hope for the battered, hopeless, lonely rejected victim of adultery! Reject worldly proud counsel! Divorce should not be the only ‘automatic’ option. God is the creator of the universe. In Christ, the power of creativity is limitless. God can still use that wounded heart and broken marriage! Bring the pieces to Him. His is the Potter and we are the clay. God can make a way where there seems to be no way! Let your trust be in Him alone! He will not allow you to suffer indefinite shame! I know, for I have tasted from His overflowing wine of mercy and grace. I know, for I have wept with those who weep and rejoiced with them who rejoice!

For nothing is impossible with God!

In Christ I declare:

My body soul and spirit belong to God!

My marriage, my children belong to God!

I am holy for God is holy!

I refuse to share in the sins of another!

I am an intercessor to my husband!

I have a living hope!

My heart is free from sin!

To the glory of God!

In Jesus name

Amen!

A WORD FOR SINGLE MEN

“Then the Lord God said: “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper who is just right for him.” (Gen 2:18; NLT)

I see that God is cleansing your heart in preparation for ministry blessings. You are at the point when you shall meet your wife. She is a true believer, a humble woman of God, hardworking, gentle and strong, faithful and adventurous in the same time, a spiritual nurse and a warrior, a singer and a teacher of children. She will love you for Christ sake and not for any other reason. She will help you to fulfill your destiny. Maybe you say that such a woman does not exist. But God has decreed it to be so, and it will be so! So, rejoice!

COVENANTED EYES

“I made a covenant with my eyes

not to look lustfully at a young woman.

For what is our lot from God above,

our heritage from the Almighty on high?

Is it not ruin for the wicked,

disaster for those who do wrong?

Does He not see my ways

and count my every step?” (Job 31:1-4)

Lust is defined as an intense desire, a craving for pleasure for pleasure’s sake. There is lust for knowledge or lust for power. But lust is especially described as sexual passion. It is an intense and unbridled sexual desire. There is no restrain and no discipline in this longing. Lust is a rebellious sexual desire separated from God’s love, plan and purpose for man. Lust is sin. It is self-seeking, evil and destructive.

Sexual desire is normal in marriage. But sex outside the holy boundaries of marriage is called sin. Fornication and adultery are done for just a moment of enjoyment. These pleasures have no other redeeming purpose.

Proverbs 31 describes the godly woman. In the same way, Job 31 describes the man of God.

Job was a righteous man. He suffered unjustly but God vindicates him at last. Job was also a victim of slander. His ‘friends’ call him names and assume that God punishes him for his sins and evil doings. Job tries to justify himself. In his defense, he tells them that long ago he took practical measures to protect himself against sin. Job knows that his eyes are the gates of sexual lust. To protect himself from the danger of polluting his heart, he made a covenant with his eyes not to look lustfully at any woman who is not his wife. Job’s words should be used practically by all believers, especially the men. The eyes should not be independent, rebellious or wild. Like the whole body, they have to be disciplined and kept holy. Job reminds us that God is Omniscient and Omnipresent! Secret sins do not exist! God sees all thins.  Many men of God have ignored the danger of lust and have fallen to sexual sins. Their ministries have been destroyed and many got hurt. There are fearful consequences for tolerating sin, for breaking God’s commandments. God hates sin! This is God’s Eternal Word: “You shall not commit adultery” (Ex 20:14)

Samson lusted after Delilah. He paid with his eyes, his job as a judge, his freedom and his testimony.  David lusted after Bathsheba. He paid for that with the peace of his home and the death of four of his children. Amnon lusted after his half-sister Tamar and then rejected her. That brought much sorrow in the family. Herod lusted after Salome and paid for it with the head of John the Baptist and the everlasting shame to be an enemy of God.

Lust is a sin of the eyes and of the heart. It is very addictive, worse than drugs.  If not confessed and repented of, lust becomes ruin and disaster. The word ‘ruin’ it means bending down like a slave; to be oppressed or completely burnt by fire. The word ‘disaster’ means a strange, unexpected, sudden and deceitful calamity. It is a state of deep misery caused by major tragedy and loss. Thru prayer, all sexual improper fantasies should be brought under the feet of Christ and nullified there!  All strongholds of lies and deceptions have to be destroyed! (2Cor 10:1-6)

IN CONCLUSION:

The sign of a true believer is that, for Christ’ sake, he does not tolerate sexual imaginations!!!

In Christ I declare:

I made a covenant with my eyes, in the presence of God, that I will see all things thru the ‘filter’ of Christ!

I destroy all strongholds of lust in my life!

I reject all demons connected with sexual sins!

My tolerance for sexual imaginations is 0%!

I am healed, wealthy and blessed!

My marriage is blessed!

There is peace in my heart and home!

In Jesus name

Amen!

WAKE UP!

“A lying witness will not go unpunished. One who tells lies will die” (PV 19:9; God’s Word Translation)

Most parents agree that the one of the greatest challenges is to teach their children to speak the truth. It takes a lot of prayers and patient follow up to train a child in the way of God, to speak the truth in love at all times.

One main reason why God is angry with the liars it is because they miss-represent Him to others. All liars are false witnesses. All unrepentant compulsive liars are the devil’s children. A liar shall not escape God’s judgment. He cannot deceive and hide forever. Sooner or later, God shall expose and punish him. If a liar refuses to repent and become saved, he will go to hell.

Lying and deceiving others is a wicked activity and a sin unto death. Liars do not live long. Each lie is like a suicide poison. The unrepentant cowards and liars die two times. They die a natural death and a spiritual death. What a tragedy…

“He who is victorious shall inherit all these things, and I will be God to him and he shall be My son. But as for the cowards …and the cravenly lacking in courage and the cowardly submissive… and all liars (those who knowingly convey untruth by word or deed)—[all of these shall have] their part in the lake that blazes with fire and brimstone. This is the second death” (Rev 21:7, 8; AMP)

Are you a coward and a liar? Are you afraid to come to the light and confess your sins, your lies? Is your ministry and reputation built on a fake foundation of lies and manipulations? You may be able to deceive men, but no one deceives God! Your secret occult power of success has been exposed as a fake ‘anointing’ and disgrace. May these words be painful enough that you make wake up spiritually and come to the Cross! Give all the glory to God that you are still alive as you read these lines! It means there is still mercy for you! I say it again: Wake up!

Let’s pray: “Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You to ask for mercy and forgiveness. We have lied many times. We have no excuse. We have escaped the notice of men, but not we truly want to change. We command every evil spirit of lies, deception and wickedness to leave us and go away! We destroy every promise we have made to them! We reject the father of lies and the children of lies! Go away…

Dear Holy Spirit please come and take control! Change our hearts! Do something new in our lives! Starting from today, we want to lay the only holy acceptable foundation: Christ Crucified! From now on, we shall only speak the truth in love. We shall expose satan and all his lies. We shall do warfare until the deliverance and the victory is complete! All to Your glory!

In Jesus name,

Amen!”

I ARISE AND SHINE! MY LIGHT HAS COME!

“Arise, shine;

For your light has come!

And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you!

For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth,

And deep darkness the people;

But the Lord will arise over you,

And His glory will be seen upon you.

The Gentiles shall come to your light,

And kings to the brightness of your rising!” (Is 60:1-3)

This is our testimony for the past 24 hours:

Yesterday we had our women fellowship. We exposed and prayed against the evil spirits of lies and deception. I shared with them that I read some reviews saying that the number one reason why husbands cheat and deceive their wives it is because the women like to be deceived. That is what most men said about their wives. This should be the story of the world and its darkness.  But in the Body of Christ such an excuse must die, in Jesus name. The title of the sermon yesterday was: ‘The Truth about liars’. After the service we received a call from one of the women who attended the service. She said that she repented of any secret sympathy with the father of lies, the devil. Then she said that for a long time she wanted to ask her husband if he had been faithful to her since they got married. She went home and, as gently as she could, she asked him this very question. The answer came in the form of a slap. He suddenly became mad at the question and beat her for daring to ask if he was faithful or not. She called us weeping. We had to talk late into the night, trying to counsel them thru the phone.

Then we got ready to go to sleep. It was about midnight. Suddenly, the voltage went very high and the bulbs started breaking in the house. Then the flat screen TV went on fire, black, smelly smoke filled our house. Other electrical appliances got burnt too.

The reason why I write this letter is to remind you that the Word of God is powerful. Prayer is powerful. Deliverance from evil spirits may bring a backlash. But with all the punching and all the damage in the home, the truth still wins and shall abide forever. The devil is a liar and a father of all lies. Hot temper, lies, manipulations, intimidations and other weapons of the devil are all defeated at the Cross of Calvary. We cannot be intimidated and we shall never retreat. If the devil likes it or not, the truth is marching on and revival shall come to our city!

This evening we had our prayer meeting. We prayed against any evil spirits that attack in dreams, in the form of eating, or sexual intercourse. Any water spirits have been exposed and rejected. The anointing was strong enough for all to pray with faith and passion. There is hope that our lives shall be better. We also rejected the evil spirit of poverty. Many people hear a voice saying that ‘even if you work three jobs, you shall still die poor’. We silenced and rejected that voice. We prayed against the ‘boil’ of spiritual poison that makes the people sick and weak. We prayed against ‘the water snake and the mud fish’ that coils against the feet of the brethren to make them stumble. In case you feel that these words are too ‘crazy’ then you do not understand spiritual warfare, prophetic anointing and the passion for revival. But for us who do, today was another day of victory.

Then the Word came: “Arise and shine…” The Holy Spirit came and filled the free and clean hearts. We lifted our hands and worshipped God! Even the children fell down with laughter crying “more, more…sweet, sweet”. These children will not be sick again!

Just in case you query us saying ‘my problem is very serious; for many years I have suffered from this sickness, this situation or this oppression. Are you saying that just faith in God and prayer will solve my problem? Is that the weapon you have? Is that the cure you recommend?’

It is my privilege to answer you ‘YES God is all we have!’

For nothing is impossible with God and also with them who fully trust in Him!

In Christ I declare:

I am saved!

I am free!

I am healed!

I am transformed!

I arise and shine, for my light has finally come!

All to the glory of God Almighty!

In Jesus name

Amen!

THE TRUTH ABOUT LIARS

“True, some of them were unfaithful; but just because they were unfaithful does that mean God will be unfaithful? Of course not! Even if everyone else is a liar, God is true” (Rom 3:4)

The question is this: how do you recognize a liar, a deceiver, a manipulator? The answer is of course, by the revelation of the Holy Spirit! Pray for the gift of discerning the spirits! It is one of the best assets in spiritual warfare.

But there are other signals that we should look for, when trying to discover the truth about a person. You don’t have to be deceived my men! You can live a life of victory against the forces of darkness and their human agents! This is very important for us, especially as we are commanded not to yoke ourselves unequally with unbelievers. You do not need to fear any man! You should not be bitter against people! But pray to have the mind of Christ who ‘knew what was in man’ (Jn 2:25) without getting frustrated as He continued to do ministry.

A liar is a person who doesn’t tell you the whole truth. He is a deceiver, a manipulator, a betrayer or a promise breaker. He gives you words, even fine sounding words, but never the truth, and never true love. Truth is always perfect, complete. Truth is always 100%. Any contamination changes the truth into a lie and love into betrayal.

A lie is a statement known to the speaker to be untrue. It is spoken with the intention to deceive or mislead the hearer. In other words ‘an innocent liar’ does not exist.

Why do people lie?

The reason why people lie is to make themselves look good. This is due to emotional insecurity. A liar has a deep inferiority complex and thinks that truth does not favor him. So he ‘embellishes’ the truth changing it into a lie.  A liar is someone who having led others to believe one thing, without any shame, he does a different thing. You may not recognize a liar from the beginning. Some are more skillful than others. But keep watching the man you suspect is a liar. Observe his behavior in his relationship with you and with others. Pray always! Remember, until you have a personal confirmation from the Holy Spirit, any man is a sinner and a liar. With time, you shall discover that the man who looked so nice is in fact a wicked man, one who has a double life, irresponsible, unreliable and unfaithful. His past performance with people leaves him with little or no credibility. Behind him there is a trail of broken hearts and bleeding wounds.

The power of the devil as the father of lies is in his deception. The devil hates to be exposed. He will fight back against any man who tries to discover the truth. But fear not, God is with you and His truth shall set you free! Stay on God’s side where there is victory!

In Christ I declare:

I reject the source of lies in my heart!

I destroy all connections with lying spirits!

I am a person of truth!

Truth has set me free!

In Jesus name

Amen!

LET’S CELEBRATE!

“The stone which the builders rejected as worthless

turned out to be the most important of all.

This was done by the Lord;

what a wonderful sight it is!

This is the day of the Lord’s victory;

let us be happy, let us celebrate!” (Ps 118:22-24)

There are two opposite words: rejection or acceptance. One excludes the other. You can’t exercise both in the same time, towards the same person. A man can be either a friend or an enemy to you. Read the meanings of these two words and meditate upon them:

*To reject: To refuse to accept, consider or submit to; to refuse to take and use it for some purpose; to push away; to close the ears….

*To accept: To receive willingly and happily a good gift; to give approval; to recognize as true and precious; to extend favor and help; to embrace; to listen to…

In Christ I declare:

When wicked men reject me, God shall accept me!

God has accepted and blessed me ‘in the Beloved’ (Eph 1:6; KJ)

God has received me willingly and happily! I am a gift to God and to His Kingdom! God has approved me! God recognizes me as true, honest and precious to Him! God has given me His favor and His help! God has embraced me and nine can pluck me away from His arms! God listens to my prayers! God loves me! I am safe and secure forever! I am established as a servant of God! I am promoted! God is on my side! This is my day of victory and celebration! The celebration and praise is so beautiful! None can stop it! This is my testimony! I am happy! I am beautiful! I am blessed!

All, to the glory to God!

In Jesus name

Amen!

A NEW THING! YES, IT IS BRAND- NEW!

God will make a wayGOD’S WORD FOR TODAY!

Listen! Listen! Listen, please…
“I am the Lord, your Holy One, Israel’s Creator and King. I am the Lord, who opened a way through the waters, making a path right through the sea. I called forth the mighty army of Egypt with all its chariots and horses, to lie beneath the waves, dead, their lives snuffed out like candlewicks.

But forget all that—it is nothing compared to what I’m going to do! For I’m going to do a brand-new thing. See, I have already begun! Don’t you see it? I will make a road through the wilderness of the world for My people to go home, and create rivers for them in the desert!” (Is 43:15-19; LB)

IMMEDIATELY JESUS… (3)

“And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him…

They crossed the lake and came to land at Gennesaret, where the people recognized Jesus. So they sent for the sick people in all the surrounding country and brought them to Jesus. They begged him to let the sick at least touch the edge of his cloak; and all who touched it were made well” (Mt 14:31-36)

3-JESUS SAVES US

*Immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him

The word ‘stretched’ means to enlarge beyond the natural borders. The word ‘hand’ in Greek means a channel thru which the rain, the storm passes. The word ‘catch’ means to seize and to hold securely.

Jesus is the source of ‘God’s storm’. The hand of the Master brings His own storm and saves you from all other storms of life.

When Jesus made His disciples to go to the other side of Galilee, what He had in mind was the place called Genesaret. Today no city remains. The name means ‘the garden of riches’. It was a very fertile area giving to the tribe of Naphtali. It is there that miracles of healing took place. There was a prophecy that in the land of Naphtali a great light will shine in the darkness (Is 9:1-3; Mt 4:15, 16). This is the light of the revelation of Christ.

Jesus wanted the disciples to move from the place of miracles of bread to the place of a greater revelation of the glory of His Person; the place of miracles, of healings. He ‘pushed’ them thru the storm to move from a good place to the best! Please think about this: To arrive at a place of healing, of being made whole, you must pass thru the storm of Jesus! That is the test! That is the price!

Have courage today! Trust God for the impossible things! Remember, there is no limit with God! Peter is not a spectator. He came out of the boat and walked on the water! The same waves that scared him to death, he walked on top of them! When he looked unto Jesus, the author and finished of his faith, against all odds, he made progress! But when he lost his focus, looked at the wind, looked at the devil and the circumstances, he started sinking. But even then, he did not die, for ‘immediately’ Jesus caught him. What do you think about living a life so extraordinary that, when looking at you, people will wonder and give all the glory to God? Do you desire to be used by God? How do you respond to a proposal of miracles? What do you say about being a vessel of honor to the Master? If you keep quiet, then the answer is ‘No, thanks’. But Oh…the glory missed and regretted at last…

As for me and my Household, we shall come out of the boat, out of the religious comfort zone to walk upon the waters…We are ready to take the risk, even to sink, for the blessing of the touch of Jesus, for the grace to hear His voice, to see His smile… ‘He that believes in me shall never die…” He said…so why fear? Love drives all fears away…Mountains are not too high, seas are not too deep, to stop me from moving towards the Lover of my soul!

“JESUSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!…O, Lamb of God I come, I come…”

In Christ I declare:

Jesus Christ is the Savior of my soul and the Healer of my body!

I am lead by the Holy Spirit!

In all situations, I vow to give glory to God!

I am healed!

‘The garden of riches’ is mine!

In Jesus name

Amen!

IMMEDIATELY JESUS… (2)

“But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid!” (Mt 14:27)

2-JESUS SPEAKS TO US

*Immediately Jesus spoke…

The disciples were trying hard to steady the boat. These were experienced fishermen. But this storm was different. They obeyed the command of the Master and found themselves in the middle of the storm. They were confused… Many questions flashed in their mind: Did Jesus make a mistake sending them away? Did He not know that the storm is coming? Does He want them dead? So many questions, so many doubts, so many fears… It was night, not even the stars were seen. The wind was blowing against them… Surely, this is the end…who can survive this…

Then something happened… no book could ever prepare a man to understand it. Jesus was coming towards them walking on top of the angry waves. They shouted in fear: ‘It is a spirit…’ No man of flesh and blood can walk on the water. It has to be a spirit. Maybe they are dead too…or so they thought… Then ‘immediately Jesus spoke’ words of comfort and life: ‘Take courage! I Am! Stop being afraid!’

The word ‘spoke’ is the same with the word ‘preach’. On top of a watery pulpit, in the middle of the night, Jesus ‘immediately’ preached His sermon. His words were clear…this is a command to be obeyed instantly: ‘Take courage!’ In other words Jesus preached to them: ‘Be bold! Dare to believe that I Am God! Reject the fear of death! I AM in charge!’

To be bold means to be fearless, to be full of faith and confidence that God is in control in the midst of danger. To dare means to have sufficient courage to confront an enemy confident that you shall win. Fear is the opposite. Fear is the enemy. It is described as a painful, strong agitation in the face of danger. It manifests as loss of courage and loss of faith. Fear is an evil spirit and it can be hidden during times of peace. Pride makes a man deny the bondage to fear. You need a crisis to recognize your bondage to fear. You need an encounter with Jesus, in the midst of a deadly storm, to be delivered from the merciless grip of the fear of death. The bondage is a life time long, but glory to God, deliverance comes ‘immediately’.

In Christ I declare:

I destroy any bondage to fear and doubt!

I reject any evil spirits of religion, pride, fear and doubt!

God has given me power, love and sound mind!

I am bold like the Lion of Judah!

I am free! I am encouraged!

In Jesus name

Amen!

IMMEDIATELY JESUS… (1)

“Immediately Jesus made His disciples get into the boat and go before Him to the other side…” (Mt 14:22)

It was a rainy day. Most people could not come to church. But the faithful ones came expecting to meet with God. The Holy Spirit helped us all, teacher and congregation. We looked tire. but the we prayed and the spiritual atmosphere suddenly changed. We refused to allow the rain dampen our spirits. We sang: ‘Do something new in my heart, O Lord’. Then we received the Word of God. The title of the sermon was “Immediately Jesus…” Thank You Lord for the privilege to serve You!

This is the wonderful story of how Jesus walked upon the water. Peter too followed; at least some few steps. The word ‘immediately’ appears three times in this story. It gives the feeling of continuous movement, like a quick dance with the Lord. We are not permitted to slow down, to be lazy or to stop dreaming. There is a gentle pushing from behind… There is no time to waste, no delay, no hesitation, no doubt. There is a feverish activity, a sense of urgency… a mystery enveloping the story. We do not understand everything, but we try to believe… Things happen suddenly… the storm… the cold wind blowing in the night… no stars…the deadly waves… And suddenly, walking on top of the water… (‘Yes, you heard it right’)… Jesus comes closer, like a ghost. The congregation in the boat is gripped with great fear and too little faith. But peace comes at last… Such a marvelous story…What are the lessons for us?

1-JESUS LEADS US
*Immediately Jesus made them…
The disciples witnessed a mighty miracle. Five thousand men and women were fed with just five loaves of bread and two fishes. Jesus multiplied this little offering and it became more than enough to feed them all. The disciples were still excited about what they’ve seen, talking to one another.
Suddenly Jesus ‘made’ them get into the boat. The word ‘made’ in Greek is a strong word. It means to be violent, to force somebody, to apply overwhelming pressure to do something against his will. It means to compel, to overcome somebody’s resistance or unwillingness by a superior power. This violent pressure was applied ‘immediately’ or unexpectedly. In other words, Jesus wanted His disciples to enter the boat and cross to the other side of the lake, knowing that the storm is coming. He leads them to meet the storm. Clearly, there are lessons we can learn only in the middle of a trial. We want to go around a crises but Jesus wants us to go thru the middle of it. Without Him applying pressure we shall never leave our comfort zones. Without Jesus forcing us to enter the fire, we shall miss the miracle of victory, the blessing of healing and the gain of proven faith made gold.

In Christ I declare:
I trust the Lord to move, push or send me, wherever He wants!
Even when I do not understand, I shall trust God!
Even when my suffering is long, Jesus shall come ‘immediately’!
I shall not fear! I shall not doubt!
Here I am Lord! Send me!
In Jesus name
Amen!

I KNOW AND I HAVE HEARD!

“Don’t you know? Haven’t you heard?

The Lord is the everlasting God;

    He created all the world.

He never grows tired or weary.

    No one understands His thoughts.

He strengthens those who are weak and tired.

Even those who are young grow weak;

    young people can fall exhausted.

But those who trust in the Lord for help

    will find their strength renewed.

They will rise on wings like eagles;

    they will run and not get weary;

they will walk and not grow weak.” (Is 40:28-31)

This is the promise of God! He shall supply strength to them that need it, to them who are weak. This strength shall be used to achieve things otherwise impossible. Nobody forces God to give a gift. This is His personal pleasure and His precious free promise! Honor God  by believing in His Word! The burdened shall be free; the sick shall be healed; the single shall marry; the jobless shall find good work! The only condition for this transfer of power is to have faith in God! Not in me or in yourself, but in God! You have ‘to trust in the Lord for help’.

Are you tired of life? Are you hopeless? Are you discouraged? Are you lonely or depressed? Did you try to achieve your dreams by your own strength? Did you fail? Are you embarrassed? Are you rejected by others? Did you abandon your plans to improve your life? You used to sing…did you stop? You used to laugh…did you stop? You used to hope for greater things…did you stop? You used to trust God for healing…did you stop? The reason is because you are tired of life, tired of yourself. If you are a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, then do this: say ‘Amen’ to this prayer, for I want to pray for you. God will surely answer me for it is His desire to bless you.  It is His promise to strengthen the weak. Just believe and doubt not!

“Dear Heavenly Father, this is Your promise to give strength to the weak. I am asking for the grace of power to come upon my brother (….) and my sister (….). Nothing is too hard for You! May the power of resurrection manifest NOW in their situation. I command every evil spirit to leave them and go away, in the name of Jesus! I vow to give You alone all the glory! In Jesus name I pray, AMEN!”

In Christ I declare:

God’s strength is perfected in my weakness!

I am strong! I am healed!

In Jesus name

Amen!
